Is there a low-cost and simple way to address this? ■Response Upon reviewing the drawings and the raw material, we determined that the hopper discharge diameter was small at 50mm, and the flowability of the raw material was not particularly poor, so we concluded that only measures immediately above the discharge section were necessary. ■Result We received feedback that "it is working well with equipment costing only a few tens of thousands of yen." 【Overview】 Hopper Diameter: 600mm Discharge Diameter: 50mm Raw Material: Bulk density 0.6, size approximately 0.5mm, with some moisture Blow Disk Type: Mini Blow Disk Installation Position: Two units 75mm above the discharge section along the hopper surface, and two more units an additional 75mm above.
